What is a Pilates Reformer?

Comprising a frame with moveable carriage on which you lie, knee or stand. Ropes and pulleys allow you to move the carriage with you on it, for stretch, mobility and strength. Great for rehab.

It works your body for longer, deeper and more focussed that you could image and the springs can be adjusted for more or less load. I have a new latest Allegro 2 reformer which has infinite possibilities.

The Pilates reformer helps you to hold your posture correctly, helping to balance your body and strengthen core stability so that your body becomes aligned correctly. It can change achieve accelerated results compared with ordinary mat Pilates.
