The cost of the retreat is £510 for a shared room and included all tuition and food and beautiful rooms all with ensuite accommodation. As on all our retreats we will do Yoga/Pilates/meditation/sound healing. The facilities at West Wexham are outstanding, please check out the website to be impressed. We hire the Barn Accommodation which includes 10 ensuite rooms which all have underfloor heating.

Launde Abbey is a weekend retreat. All rooms are single occupancy and the cost is £350. Includes all classes, food and accommodation. Friday from 3pm and we finish after lunch on Sunday around 2pm.
